Thank you for choosing Say. Say is a service where you can have voice conversations with anonymous users. Since users do not know each other's identities, you can engage in honest and comfortable conversations. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We recommend that users be at least 12 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You can use Say without entering any personal information. However, to enhance your experience and ensure account recovery, you can optionally verify your email address. Email verification allows you to restore your account if you reinstall the App or change your device while maintaining your manner rating.
Say offers in-app subscription products that provide additional benefits. A certain amount of free conversation time is provided after registration. Additional conversation time and exclusive benefits are available through in-app purchases. Subscription fees and terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
The App includes features to promote a safe and respectful environment:
After each conversation, users can provide feedback on their conversation partner. Users who receive positive feedback will see their manner rating increase. Matching is done based on similar manner ratings, so maintaining a good rating increases the likelihood of finding a quality conversation partner.
If you choose to verify your email, your account data can be restored on any device by logging in with the same email. This also ensures that your manner rating is preserved. Without email verification, restoring your account after uninstalling the App or changing devices may not be possible.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or activities, including but not limited to:
In-app purchase fees are non-refundable, and partial usage of the service does not qualify for refunds or credits. However, exceptions may apply if a refund is requested within 14 days of the transaction date or if applicable laws in the user’s jurisdiction require refunds.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund. Once canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period, and no prorated refunds will be issued. After cancellation, the subscription will not be automatically renewed.
For transactions processed via Apple, refunds must be requested directly from Apple.
For transactions through Google Play Store, refund requests should be directed to Google Play Customer Support.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Say and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
